• Business information: Business name, description, category, address, contact details, UPI ID, and other details provided during business registration.

• Communication data: Messages exchanged between Businesses and Customers through the Platform.
• Usage data: Search queries, pages visited, features used, and interactions with the Platform.
• Device information: Device type, operating system, browser type, and IP address.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Platform.
• Enable Businesses to list and manage their products and services.
• Enable Customers to discover Businesses, browse listings, and place orders.
• Facilitate order management between Businesses and Customers.
• Initiate UPI payment intents using the Business's UPI ID and order amount (we do not process or store payment credentials or transaction results).
• Send service-related notifications and updates.
• Improve and optimize the Platform's performance and user experience.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

3. Payment Information

The Platform facilitates payments by initiating UPI intents. We do not collect, store, or process any payment credentials, bank account details, or UPI PINs. Payment transactions occur directly between the Customer's and Business's UPI applications and their respective banking systems. We may store UPI IDs provided by Businesses solely for the purpose of initiating payment intents.

4. Data Sharing

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Between Businesses and Customers: When you place an order, relevant information (such as your name and order details) is shared with the Business to fulfill the order.
• Business profiles: Information that Businesses choose to make public (business name, description, listings) is visible to all Platform users.
• Legal compliance: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
• Protection of rights: To protect the rights, property, or safety of Minmen Software LLP, our users, or the public.
• Service providers: With third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Platform (e.g., hosting, analytics), subject to confidentiality obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you use the Platform at your own risk.
